Introduction

Providence Transportation INC. was founded in 2013 as a wheelchair and ambulatory transport service. After realizing the need for additional medical transportation offerings, ambulance service was added in 2020. From our humble beginnings in 2013 to now, we have grown to a company of over 85 employees and operate a fleet of over 45 vehicles in several NC counties. Providence uses modern technology to dispatch, track, and communicate with our professional drivers and EMT’s. We invest heavily in training and technology to ensure reliability and efficiency in our transports. Our ambulances are equipped with GPS, Radio, and PTT communication to ensure we maintain constant communications with our crews during transport. We primarily provide non-emergency medical transports, however, we partner with emergency services in select counties, when requested. All employees undergo rigorous pre-employment and on-going screenings that include comprehensive background checks, and drug testing. Our management team is dedicated to three simple missions: To become the first choice for safe, comfortable, and reliable, medical transportation, in central North Carolina. To be a highly recommended company that exceeds our customers expectations. To bring glory to God in all that we do.
