Introduction

JAX CARE Patient Transport makes it easy for patients (adult or pediatric), their family members and caregivers to request non-emergency medical transportation in Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala and Lake City, FL, including Orange Park, Ponte Vedra and most of Northeast Florida. We do not provide emergency services, healthcare or medical care; rather, we are a transportation company to assist transporting patients in wheelchairs, on stretchers, or if they are ambulatory with a cane or walker.
